What data do we collect?
We only process data necessary to provide the service: files with test results you upload and data entered in the form, such as comments or health details. For payments, data is processed by the external payment provider (Stripe). We do not have access to your payment card details.
What do you do with my data?
Your data is processed solely for the purpose of analyzing test results and delivering a professional report. All data is immediately and automatically deleted after the process is complete. We do not store, sell, or share your data with third parties.
Can I use the VDST results when talking to a veterinarian?
Of course! Veterinarians are also our clients. VDST provides an advanced interpretation of animal blood and urine test results.
